Ticket sales for the Lake County YMCA 2017 Dream House will kick off with a huge online pre-sale beginning on Monday, April 17th.

Special ONLINE ONLY Ticket Sale – you purchase 5 Dream House tickets you will receive a 6th ticket FREE ($65.00), along with 4 Car entry tickets to win a 2017 Chevy Malibu, sponsored by The Chevy Network/Classic Chevrolet! (Chevy Malibu car tickets are not sold separately) Online special offer from April 17th thru April 30th only.

Every ticket purchased is entered to win the luxurious, decorated Dream House or $250,000 (a quarter of a million dollars) cash option.

The Lake County YMCA 2017 Dream House is currently being built by Knez Homes at 5295 S.O.M. Center Road in Willoughby. The 2017 Dream House is 3,565 sq ft plus 1,486 sq ft of finished lower level – our largest Dream House yet!

The contemporary colonial features open floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, great room, office/studio, second floor laundry, morning room, entertainment area, yoga studio, workout room and a three car garage.

Dream House Tours begin on Saturday, July 1st from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Tours will be open daily July 1st through August 6th (July 4th hours are 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.). Semifinalist drawing will be held on Wednesday, August 9th. Final drawing will be held on Sunday, August 13th.

For over 23 years, the Dream House project has helped the Lake County YMCA strengthen our community by bringing about meaningful change through resources that enrich lives. Annual proceeds from the project enhance the Y with facility and equipment improvements for the more than 46,000 members and program participants at each of its branches.
