Fresh on the heels of a record setting 2017 Dream House Winner celebration, the Lake County Y is poised to share exciting news for next year – the 25th Annual YMCA Dream House.
A passionate and mission driven Steering Committee has selected a brand new Sommers Real Estate Group development in the heart of Mentor, Ohio with easy access and proximity to all that Lake County has to offer. The Silver Anniversary Y Dream House, in the Lakeshore Highlands Development, will be custom designed and built by JEMM Construction.
“Many exciting plans are in the works for the 25th Dream House and visitors will enjoy more of the same incredible designer WOW factor that ticket buyers have come to expect from this project that provides direct positive impact for so many in all of Lake County communities. Starting this early will only increase and maximize the power of our collaborations,” said Dick Fraser, Steering Committee Chair.
If you have interest in donating products, services, or being a monetary sponsor for the 25th Y Dream House – contact Project Coordinator Kirk Stonebrook ([email protected]) or Steering Committee Chair Dick Fraser ([email protected]) for more details and promotional opportunities.
