Lake County YMCA Dream House Designers Answer Visitor Questions on Tuesday, July 11th

A special Dream House Designers Day will be held on Tuesday, July 11th for visitors to have the opportunity to ask several local designers any questions about their rooms style. From paint and accent colors choices to furniture and lighting, visitors can get the inside scoop on how to design and create a beautiful room in their own home.

Tuesday, July 11th 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. (though some designers may stay later)

*NOTE: Dream House tour hours are 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. daily.

Lake County Y 2017 Dream House

5295 S.O.M. Center Road, Willoughby Hills

The Lake County Y 2017 Dream House is 3,565 sq ft plus 1,486 sq ft of finished lower level – our largest Dream House yet! The contemporary colonial features an open floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, great room, office/studio, second floor laundry, morning room, entertainment area, pub, pet retreat, yoga studio, and a three car garage.

Everyone (18 and over) needs to purchase a ticket to tour the house and has the opportunity to win the beautifully decorated and furnished Dream House or the cash option of a quarter million dollars ($250,000). One Dream House ticket is $15.00 or three or more for $13.00 each (3 for $39.00). Individuals that purchase a 3 pack of Dream House tickets will also receive One entry in a second drawing to possibly win a 2017 Chevy Malibu (sponsored by The Chevy Network/Classic Chevrolet). Car tickets cannot be purchased separately.
