Calling all baking enthusiasts and cookie artists! Get ready to unleash your creativity and participate in the “Roar Like a Dinosaur” Cookie Art Contest, where your sweet creations could earn you recognition, bragging rights, fantastic prizes and new customers! Hosted by the KidShow and sponsored by Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library, this exciting contest invites bakers from all around to showcase their talent by creating cookies that roar with creativity and imagination. The theme for this year’s contest is “Roar Like a Dinosaur,” offering participants the chance to lean towards prehistoric or adorable as dinosaurs captivate the imagination of children serving as an endlessly fascinating and popular theme.
All cookie entries will be on display from 11am-6pm at the top of the Round 1 Concourse during the March 23rd KidShow at Great Lakes Mall in Mentor. Cookie decorators do not stay with their entry. Entries may include up to 3 decorated cookies and should be submitted in a flat container with a clear cover for easy viewing.

– Theme: “Roar Like a Dinosaur”
– Submission Deadline for Entry Form: March 20, 2024
– Cookie Submission: 10:30am-11:00am; March 23 at the top of the Round 1 Concourse inside Great Lakes Mall
– Judging Criteria: Cookies will be judged solely on their appearance as taste will not be a factor in judging
Prizes:
– Most Creative Cookie Art Designer: $100, Top Award Recognition and Bragging Rights
– Winner by Popular Vote: Congratulatory Gift Basket
– Both Category Winners: Announced and highlighted online, included on the KidShow website with a link to their site and written up in a press release
