Announcing Bremec Garden Center of Concord

New Bremec Center
Future Bremec Garden Center of Concord

Bremec Garden Center is pleased to announce its newest location, Bremec Garden Center of Concord.

Formerly Concord Nursery, Bremec of Concord is located at the intersection of Girdled and Ravenna Roads in Concord Township. Renovations are underway and the garden supply destination will open in mid-April.

Bremec Garden Center of Concord will carry an inspiring variety of annuals, perennials, trees, shrubs, garden décor, bulk and bagged goods and pottery. Landscaping, delivery, planting and consultation services will also be available.   Open year round, Bremec of Concord will be your expert resource for quality products and service.

This spring, remember these tips from Bremec of Concord Manager, Michael King:

  • With the spring thaw, your garden beds are soft. Wait for the ground to firm up before working in the beds so you don’t disturb vital microorganisms and new roots.
  • Frigid temperatures may have left your trees and shrubs, such as Atlas Cedar and Hydrangea macrophylla, looking damaged. Rather than removing or heavily pruning these plants, wait until May or even June to see if green returns. Old wood on your hydrangea can leaf out as late as Memorial Day.
  • Mark the location of your spring bulbs as they emerge. When fall arrives, you will know where to add bulbs for a brighter 2016.

Bremecs looks forward to serving Concord Township and the surrounding Lake County community. Find opening details at www.bremec.com. To receive the latest news and coupons, please contact Bremec at info@bremec.com or 440-729-2122.
