FAQs
Is registration required?
Registration is not required to attend the event. Registrations are used to determine who receives the free Tote Bags, gauge the number of attendees and to provide updates on the events. Walk-ups are always welcome.
When do I get my Bag?
If you were one of the first 100 registered families, your Bag will be available at the registration table on the day of the event only.
Do I have to stay for the entire event?
Not at all. Visit with as many camps as you’d like. You need not be present to win prizes or qualify for camp scholarship drawings.
What happens if there is poor weather?
Since the event is indoors, weather will not likely be a concern. In the event of severely inclement weather that requires us to cancel the event we will notify registered attendees through Eventbrite and on our Facebook event page.
Where is the event held and what are my parking options at the event?
The event will be held in the gym at Hawken School Lyndhurst Campus. Your best bet is to park near Lincoln Hall which faces Richmond Road. Lincoln Hall will be the only entrance used and representatives from Hawken School will be ready to greet you inside and help you find your way to the Camp Fair.

Nope – you’re covered! We’ll have your name at the registration table if you’ve preregistered.
