No Bake Peach Cream Cheese Dessert

I have never been able to capture a picture of this dessert before someone has dug into its flavorful, light, deliciousness. But this just proves how great tasting this dessert recipe is! If you are looking for a quick dessert that will leave a lasting impression with family and friends, this is it!

Bottom Crust Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup margarine or butter, melted
  • Filling Ingredients:
  • 1 pkg. (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 8 oz. container of Cool Whip
  • 1 can (16 ounces) of sliced peaches, drained or fresh peaches
  • 1 pkg. (3 ounces) peach flavored Jell-O gelatin
  • ¾ cups boiling water
  • 1 ¼ cups of cold water

In a small bowl, dissolve the peach gelatin with the boiling water, stir in the cold water. Refrigerate for 1 ½ hours or until slightly thickened. (The time can be shorter depending on your fridge temp, do not allow it to fully set!)

In a medium size bowl, combine the graham crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into a 13″ x 9″ baking dish.

In another medium sized bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the sugar, beat again, add the milk, and continue beating until smooth and thoroughly blended.

Fold in the whipped topping.

Spread your filling mixture over the crumb crust already in the 13×9 baking dish.

Now cut the peach slices in half lengthwise and arrange slices over the top of the filling mixture in your 13×9 dish.

Using a serving spoon gently spoon the gelatin mixture over the sliced peaches.

Cover with plastic wrap and Refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
