Pay the Day, Every day in May – New Members Benefit at Lake County YMCA!

The Lake County YMCA welcomes children, families, seniors and adults to join the Y during our Pay the Day in May promotion from May 1st – 31st, where new members Join Fee is adjusted according to the day you join. For example, if you join on May 1st, you pay a $1 Join Fee; on May 2nd you pay a $2 Join Fee, and so on.

A membership at the Y fits any lifestyle. Whether you are seeking a place to connect with new people, workout 7 days a week or just swim with the family, the Y helps you to be more confident and connected. Kids want to discover who they are and what they can achieve through youth sports programs, school days off camp and summer camp. Additionally, families with young children can take advantage of Y Child Watch during adult workouts or fitness classes.

“A membership at the Y is more than a way to improve your health, it’s an investment in our community. By serving 1 in 4 people in Lake County, we strengthen community through the lives we positively change and the opportunity we create. Whether you are seeking a place to connect with new people, workout 7 days a week or just swim with the family, we welcome you to join us at the Y,” said Kathy Spence, Director of Membership Development at the Lake County YMCA.

At the Y we know it’s important for communities to have a place to gather. Our Y members have access to two great outdoor pools – Houston-Fisher Memorial Pool in Eastlake and the Outdoor Y in Perry. We are excited to give families a place to have fun all summer and where kids can learn how to swim.

Also, YMCA memberships are now reciprocal with other Ys nationwide, allowing any Y member to workout, play and have fun with their family and friends at any Y facility in Ohio or across the country. Because no one is turned away from the Y, everyone regardless of age, background or income has the opportunity to learn, grow and thrive.
