Virtual summit for area nonprofits to address common challenges Jan. 19-22

Lakeland Community College will host the fourth annual Lake-Geauga Nonprofit Summit Tuesday, Jan. 19, through Friday, Jan. 22, from 1-3:30 p.m. each day utilizing a virtual platform. Topics include fundraising, planning and marketing will be discussed in sessions throughout the week.

There will be two, fifty-minute sessions each day and will conclude with 30-minutes of networking. Fees for the four days of training are $25 per person, $150 for up to eight attendees within an organization, or $250 unlimited attendance within an organization.

“We are excited to present this year’s summit virtually. We are bringing respected colleagues and expert professionals from within our region and across the Midwest to all attendees while they participate from the comfort of their home or office,” said Amy Sabath, director for Lakeland’s Nonprofit and Public Service Center and government relations. “This year’s multiday format allows participants to choose as many sessions as they want to attend and recordings will be available on-demand to those who register.”

Registration includes access to all sessions, program material files, program booklet PDF, and a link to recorded sessions. Detailed session descriptions and registration information are available at
