Meet Zenise Adams: A Young Author Inspiring Kids at the KidShow

At just nine years old, Zenise Adams is already making an impact as a published author. She will be featured at the KidShow’s Meet the Author Area (located at the top of the Dillard’s concourse) from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, where she’ll share her inspiring book, “I Can Do ALL Things,” and encourage children facing academic challenges.

A Story of Perseverance and Triumph

During the pandemic, Zenise struggled with virtual kindergarten and had to repeat the grade. Rather than letting this setback define her, she turned it into a story of resilience. One day, she told her mother, “I would like to write a book about a girl who had a hard time learning, but she got better.” That girl was Zenise herself. Since 2021, she has been a straight-A student, proving that persistence and a positive mindset can lead to success.

Inspiring Others Through Her Book

Zenise’s book, “I Can Do ALL Things,” carries a powerful message for both children and adults—keep trying and never give up. Through engaging storytelling, it reassures young learners that they are not alone in their struggles.

At the KidShow, from 3–6 PM at the Meet the Author Area, she’ll be:

  • Signing books
  • Sharing coloring sheets
  • Offering positive affirmations
  • Hosting a free book giveaway

Making a Difference Beyond the Pages

Zenise’s book is more than just a story—it is a tool for empowerment. It is used in Pearls of The World LLC, a mentoring organization founded by her mother, Ebony Adams, which supports young girls in their personal and academic growth.
